The Lightbody brand originates from a design-led practice established in 2007 by Jessica Lightbody, an award-winning architectural and interior designer educated in England and the Channel Islands. Her professional background in high-end residential, heritage, and commercial projects has contributed to the strategic and design-focused ethos underpinning the Lightbody name.

 

Lightbody Real Estate was established in 2025 by Kyle Lightbody following his experience working across multiple licensed brokerages in the UAE. Kyle brings operational knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, combined with exposure to property development and transactional execution. Prior to founding Lightbody Real Estate, he was involved in transactions with an aggregate value of approximately AED 1.1 billion, completed through prior brokerage affiliations.

The firm operates from Dubai and London and is supported by consultants located across Africa, North America, South America, Canada, the Far East and the Caribbean.  This global reach enables the firm to engage with overseas clients and investors seeking access to opportunities within Dubai’s regulated real estate market.
